Each person with their own record
A child allergic to peanuts, a grandfather on blood thinners, a mother with diabetes: if everyone shared one record, it wouldn’t work for anyone. In SOS Card, each person has their own profile, with what matters for them and for whoever helps.
- Children: allergies, vaccines, conditions and who to call at school or at home. See also the allergy card and the record for autism (ASD).
- Adults: conditions, ongoing medications and emergency contacts.
- Grandparents: medications with doses and quick instructions, plus missing-person mode for those who get disoriented. See the ID for seniors.
- Pets: the pet’s profile lives in the same account, with the tag on the collar. See pets.
One login for everything
The Family plan covers up to 5 profiles, people or pets, all managed from your login. You update grandma’s medication and your child’s allergy in the same place, and each QR stays the same. The people protected don’t need to download anything.
- An individual QR. Everyone gets their own, on a card or a bracelet. Lost one? Block just that one.
- More than one guardian. Share a profile by email with the other guardian, siblings or a caregiver, at the access level you choose.
- An alert on every scan. When any profile’s QR is scanned, you and that profile’s managers get an alert in the app and by email, with the approximate city.
- More profiles. Went past five? Extra profiles are billed yearly, with no need to change plan.
What responders see
Whoever scans any profile’s QR opens that person’s record in the browser, with no app and no sign-up. The full layer only opens for people who identify as health professionals, and every access is logged: who, when and from where.
How to start
- Create the account and fill in the first profile — yours.
- Add the others: kids, parents, grandparents and pets.
- Link each person’s card or bracelet and test it with your phone.
- Before buying, see the sample record. If someone in the family lives alone, read about living alone.
